Telecom QoE

Mobile network operators in a competitive market need to know the customer-perceived experience of their network, not only what the counters report.

01

Telecom QoE on the mobile network

Element-level counters describe what the network delivered. They can all be within target while a subscriber gives up on a page. We measure experience as the customer meets it, and tie each degradation back to the configuration change, congestion window or fault that caused it, so investigation starts from a cause rather than a hunch.

  • Experience measured at the level the customer perceives
  • Degradations correlated with the network events behind them
  • Every finding arrives with an affected area and a recommended change
02

Mobile client based network QoS testing

Our mobile client solutions monitor perceived Quality of Experience directly on the device. The technology accesses radio, network and device-related parameters completely and transparently, which produces a genuine end-to-end picture: the radio conditions, what the network did, and what the application actually received.

  • Transparent access to radio, network and device parameters
  • Full end-to-end view rather than element-level inference
  • Benchmarking across areas, devices and competitor networks

Customer Emotion

Instrumentation tells you what happened; it does not tell you whether the customer found it acceptable. The same client population can be asked directly through a survey campaign, or assessed against performance indicators, to understand what each customer segment expects, and whether those expectations are being met.

  • Direct feedback through survey campaigns
  • Expectations understood per individual customer or segment
  • Measured experience compared against reported sentiment
